RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Thank you for shopping at Focus Tactical. We appreciate your business and value you as a customer. Our return policy lasts 30 days upon receipt of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return a product, please email our customer service: email@example.com to get an RMA number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Rigging and hoisting equipment and firearm accessories cannot be returned due to the nature of the items. (Unless there is a manufacturer’s defect).
- We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
ITEMS NOT RECEIVED
If your items have not arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact Customer Service for a full refund of your purchase. (Please note that this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries). Also note that due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates shown on the website.
